Is the model 3 redesign worth the wait?

I have been wanting a model 3 for some time. I was close to buying one in 2021 but the price kept going up and it got to the point where I just was not willing to spend that much money.

I am considering getting a new tesla base model. I read that the new model may not be out until September or October of this year. The price is good now, especially with the $7500 tax credit.
Should I buy the model 3 now or wait for the new model, not knowing if the tax credit will still be available when the redesigned model 3 comes out?

I do like the refreshed model, if those were actual leaked photos of the new car.

My other concern is that once the new model 3 is out, the price will increase again and it will be out of reach.

Personally I would get the new model. Even though you may pay less for the older design, you will end up wanting to get the new one when it comes out. Don't get me wrong, the current Model 3 is very nice. The refresh will be nicer. Paying a little extra but you will be happier for the long-term.
Hold off for the refreshed Model 3.
